Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all consulting, development, and advisory services ("Services") provided by MB Kryptingi Projektai (company code 304844804), operating under the brand 1D.works.

1. No-Refund Policy

1D.works bills weekly in arrears for work already completed. Because you only pay for work that has been delivered, we do not offer refunds.

All concerns, issues, or disagreements regarding deliverables must be raised and resolved before payment is made. Once an invoice is paid, it is considered accepted.

2. Resolving Issues Before Payment

If you have concerns about the quality or scope of work reflected on an invoice:

1. Notify us in writing at [email protected] before making payment.
2. We will review the concern promptly and, where justified, adjust the invoice or revise the work at no additional cost.
3. Payment should only be made once both parties are satisfied with the deliverables.

3. Cancellation

Either party may end an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon cancellation, the Client pays only for work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date. No further amounts are owed.
