Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all consulting, development, and advisory services ("Services") provided by MB Kryptingi Projektai (company code 304844804), operating under the brand 1D.works.

1. Refund Eligibility

The applicable proposal, Statement of Work, order, or invoice sets the fee structure and payment schedule for each engagement. Depending on the engagement, fees may be time-based, fixed, milestone-based, a one-time setup fee, or a recurring service or retainer fee.

Fees paid for completed work, accepted deliverables, and incurred expenses are non-refundable except where required by law. For other amounts, any refund or credit is determined under the applicable engagement documents after accounting for work performed, deliverables or milestones provided, and expenses incurred.

If the engagement documents contain specific refund or cancellation terms, those terms apply. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Resolving Issues Before Payment

If you have concerns about the quality, scope, or amount of work reflected on an invoice or payment:

  1. Notify us in writing at [email protected] promptly and, where possible, before paying a disputed invoice.
  2. We will review the concern against the applicable engagement documents and the work performed.
  3. Where justified, we may correct the invoice, revise work within the agreed scope, or agree a credit or refund in writing.

3. Cancellation

Either party may end an engagement with 14 days written notice unless the applicable engagement documents state otherwise. Upon cancellation, the Client remains responsible for fees due for work performed, deliverables or milestones provided, and expenses incurred up to the effective cancellation date. Payments already made are handled under Section 1 of this policy.
